I have being doing work for Yachties for a while and they recently requested a site upgrade. The upgrade would comprise of a portal site which would link to three different sites themed to a different bar.
Yachties had also asked for the ability to upload images and to add news articles from time to time. This system had to be simple to use and allow the user to administer the images and news feeds as well as add them
