Just finished a new design for Eurotech Fire Protection a new fire safety and extinguisher company based in Crowthorne, Berkshire.
Eurotech is a small company who specialise in the manufactuer and global distribution of Gaseous Fire Exstingushing , so my challenge was make something so niche and quite unexciting fresh and sexy.

It has been such a busy couple of months I dont know where to start really.
First off I am going to be a dad which is both a worry and very exciting news for me, however it will mean random charchters in my web pages as I am sure young Clark will be banging the keys like Seasme Streets Animal on a drum set, Loving the thought.
So whats been happening in the world of Steve “Clark Studios” Clark. Well client wise I have been approached by several companies and secured some new clients for some summer websites, One called CMS which I suppose is going to be the hardest thing to SEO in the world. As well as that I have been doing the odd campaign monitor emarketing template and consultancy and tweaks to websites.
One of these websites was a company called mantek a seal and gasket company based in aldershot who needed some bits of work done on there new WordPress driven website, I have to say a gem of a client who had good savvy of computers already but just needed some help in tweaking their site – needless to say it is now live.
Just secured a design and templating job for a mansion house based in Hampshire which has been delivered and I am expecting the site to go live by mid July. Really liking that site.
What else, Oh yes just finished a design for a coach company based in Hampshire, it is with the client at the moment so I am expecting build to commence next month which I am excited about. See a preview here.
A part from that won a lot of money at Royal Ascot and having started writing a mean little Twitter App, shame I cant dedicate much time to it at the moment.
It has really taken off this month – I have work coming out of my ears. My typing arm is a bit knackered from all the hockey I have been playing and falling over a lot and then being spanked by the strikers, consequently I have just invested 500 British pounds of my monet in a new kit, 500 pounds for four bits of foam.
Anyway – I have managed to secure Releif Milkerz, C&F Hockey, DLP Coaches, Showbiz Spy and Mantek as clients and a couple of others on the card. Releif Milkerz is the site I am currently working on and is a big project which in my opnion is going to work really well, very niche!.

Loving spreadshirt and I have just opened my own shop. There is nothing in it yet but I plan to have some Clark Studio’s related fashion soon. Check back.

Circus Scene
Is a circus company which provides workshops for schools, businesses and the general public. They provide a number of circus based services and have no branched into selling a couple of products which they require a small paypal shop for. The main goal is to bring the site up to date with a fresh new look and new logo.
I want to work in Oz
Yes I do, and this site is my first step to achieving this. By doing various freelance work for Australian based agencies I intend to get sponsored and bugger off to Oz. If all else fails I will make a I want to work in Dubai website and go there. It is still in progress and can be found here.

Bathtimes is a family run bathroom retailer, installater based in Fleet, Hampshire that requires a a web presence. The primary feature of the site is a offers section which allows the webmaster to add there current offers.

I am currently designing a micro site for truly scrumptious beauty to promote a new product called Zeno Pro. The site already exists and is mearly a holding page until the new design is built, it is currently located at www.zenopro.co.uk
The site is a micro site to drive traffic to the current web shop for sales leads. It is a simple XHTML and CSS based site which may include some Flash aspects.
After the success of Forza Motorsport’s Custom car design option in the game EA has decided its time to jump on board. While its true to say that anyone who is use to doing custom skins for online gaming Forza was very powerful but a pig to work with in terms of using an xbox controller to do your work. In equivalent terms it would be like doing a design in Fireworks or Photoshop with a mouse that only went up and left, long winded and bloody annoying after a while.
EA following Nascar 08 (which to be fair was alright but its custom skins where god awful) have released a whole new paint booth feature which allows users to download a Photoshop or PNG template and design there own cars and then upload them via EA’s website for use online. Great idea, and hopefully others will follow.
Expect to see websites for skins popping up everywhere including one I am going to write (and unlike xbox league online it will get finished). Just got to buy the domain name now.

Ohh baby its been a while hasn’t it. Well its been a strange but happy couple of weeks as I am now a married man. Yes me Steve Clark got married on Saturday and can happily say I am loving it. My beautiful wife Sarah has made a proud happy man so onwards to as they say in American Pie

So what else have I been up to?. Well I finally learnt how to do a WordPress plugin and although it is as about as much use as a chocolate teapot it works (its not something to publish). Well with that said i have been trying to find a practical use for one so any bright ideas write a comment.
In the world of web I am happy to say MigsyDesign is done bar some content that the client needs to supply (I say client he is really a mate who does kick arse artwork), but once it is done a case study will be posted.
I have another potential project for Kite Surfing with a company called Predator Sport. The client bought a template from one of these companies like Template Monster and asked me to build it to modern standards. So i stripped it back and whack into a CSS framework. I have a preview of the site here if you are intrested.
Also after the success of the Farnborough Hockey Club reunited website I was asked by another club Aldershot and Farnham to build there website so I did and it is currently awaiting the Domain Name to be mapped and then we are away. The site looks nice and simple and although it was a kind of freebie (Got a fifty quid helmet out of it and my subs paid for a year) I love it. Watch out for the case study.
