You have all signed up to them and all read them. Yes it is the legendary eshot you know the email you get with the latest offers on from your favourite online media company. Well I design and build these to fit in with Mailbuild and Campaign Monitor (The best e-marketing solutions by a mile).
What I build for
In my opinion there is only two solutions that work for me and they are Campaign Monitor and Mailbuild. Simple to use and simple to integrate into your website.
Campaign Monitor Versus Mailbuild
For starters they are by the same people so the interface and the way they work is exactly the same however the difference between the two is that Mailbuild is like a CMS for e-shots. Campaign Monitor allows greater flexibility and in essence is a static eshot but you can be more creative with it and there are a lot less restrictions with the content. Mailbuild allows you to create a template upload it and use this for as many emarketing campaigns as possible.
So if you send the same newsletter out each month, then mailbuild is the choice for you. If on the other hand you have some big promotion that you really want to make a lot of then Campaign Monitor will suit you more.
